Where do we ship from?

We ship our product from USA / European warehouse in California / The Czech Republic (depending on stock availability). Orders from UAE and Taiwan are shipped from our factory in Taiwan.

When can I expect to receive my order? How long does it take?

We fulfil the order within 24-48 hours. In most of the cases, the scooter can be sent out the next business day. The standard deliveries in above countries, the estimated shipping time is about 4-7 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, the courier services may be delayed.

Special water electrolyzer inside the product, only need tap water, the positive and negative electrodes are electrolyzed with water as the medium to generate ozone.These large amounts of ozone will completely dissolve in water in a confined space to form ozone water, also known as blue oxygen water.Utilizing the oxidative properties of ozone, it can effectively destroy the structure of bacteria and viruses. After reduction, the blue oxygen water will transformed into ordinary tap water without any residue and secondary pollution.

Ozone products are manufactured by air discharge. Because the air contains nitrogen, air discharge will also stimulate nitrogen oxides, ozone + nitrogen oxides = mixed gas. Although it has the effect of sterilization, deodorization and detoxification , but when people breathe, inhaling these gases will cause dizziness or discomfort.

But blue oxygen water is different. Blue oxygen water is electrolyzed into ozone water through electrolysis of H2O in water. Ozone is completely dissolved in water, there is no other harmful gas mixed in, and it is in the form of water, does not exist in the air, it is called blue oxygen water.

Based on the minimum generating capacity of 30ml, it can produce a total of 750L ozone, which is equivalent to 1,000 bottles of 750ml mouthwash, or 1,500 bottles of 500ml alcohol, or 7,500 bottles of 100ml hypochloride. For families, four people consume nearly hundred dollars per year to purchase bottle and cans. Long -term use of blue oxygen can not only reduce considerable plastic, but also do its best for the earth. At the same time, it can save money, economical and environmentally friendly!

PAHL blue oxygen water can be used with different volumes of tap water to produce different concentrations of ozone water. According to the needs, it can be sanitized by soaking, spraying, and wiping. Widely used without limitation.

240ml of tap water (0.5 ~ 1.5 ppm) will sanitize within about 30 seconds: rinse your mouth and face, vegetables, fruits, meat, tableware and dishes, water oxygen machine (humidifier), pet circulating water machine, dentures, orthodontic maintainers, toothbrush, bottle, kettle ,towel.

100ml of tap water (2ppm) can sanitize in about 15 seconds: desktop wipes, children's toys, pets.

30ml of tap water (3ppm or higher) will sanitize within about 5 seconds

Face cleaning before makeup, removal of cosmetic residue after makeup removal, hand cleaning and sanitization of infants and young children when going out, cleaning and sterilization of women's private parts, remove foot odor
